About Us

A full service environmental and demolition specialty contractor

For over 20 years Delta Services has been serving customer locations throughout the State of Indiana.

We are your experts in the evaluation and control of environmental hazards, and the selective demolition/interior strip-out of architectural finishes and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) components to facilitate large scale renovations. We specialize in long term facility maintenance programs and large scale renovations projects at occupied facilities.

Our Services

Interior strip-outs for major renovations and facility reuse at retail centers, commercial office buildings, manufacturing plants, hospitals, health-care, governmental, and institutional facilities, and multifamily housing.

Droppings from pigeons, bats, starlings, chickens and other birds can carry a fungus (mold) called Histoplasma Capsulatum. This fungus can be found in soil contaminated by droppings and in accumulations of droppings in or on buildings or other structures.

There are more than 100,000 species of mold. Molds are microscopic organisms, present virtually everywhere, indoors and outdoors. For molds to grow and reproduce, they need only a food source (organic material, wood, paper, etc.) and moisture.

Testing/Consulting

We can provide asbestos, lead, and bio-hazard inspections and consulting services as well as Phase 1 site investigations for commercial/industrial property transfers, renovation, or demolition projects and plant closures.

Asbestos Abatement

Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral found in certain types of rock formations. Of the six types of asbestos, chrysotile, amosite, and crocidolite were the most commonly mined since the late 1800’s and used in thousands of building products.
